Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of RecipesGenerator Plus from Recipes generator. Payments and refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders.

Free plan

The Free plan is, well, free — there's nothing to refund.

Plus subscription

Plus is billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time from Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with Plus, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds for later renewal charges are also reviewed and are granted in cases such as duplicate charges, accidental renewals, or service issues.

How to request a refund

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email hello@recipesgenerator.net and we'll forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.

How long refunds take

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card network, refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days.

Disputes

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved within a day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
