Terms of Service

Welcome to RecipesGenerator, operated by Recipes generator ("we", "us", "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

RecipesGenerator generates recipes, images, and shopping lists using artificial intelligence. AI output may contain errors, including incorrect cooking times, ingredient substitutions, or allergen information. You are responsible for verifying that any recipe is safe to prepare and eat, especially in the presence of allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans, billing, and refunds

The Service is offered on a Free tier (one lifetime recipe generation) and a paid Plus tier (subscription) billed in advance. Prices, currency, and any taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By completing an order, you also accept Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits; (b) reverse engineer the Service; (c) use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringes others' intellectual property, or that you do not have the rights to submit; (d) abuse the AI endpoints (e.g., automated scraping, prompt-injection attacks, jailbreaking); (e) resell or repackage the Service without our written consent; (f) generate hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, malware, or content designed to mislead about food safety, medical, or nutritional claims.

5. AI-generated content

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for any photos you upload (you must have the rights to them), and for how you use AI outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied on as professional dietary, medical, or nutritional advice without independent verification. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs and may suspend accounts that repeatedly generate prohibited content. Rights-holders may report suspected infringement to hello@recipesgenerator.net.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and brand, is owned by Recipes generator. You retain rights to the inputs you provide. To the extent permitted by law, AI-generated outputs you receive are yours to use, save, and share for personal and commercial cooking purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RECIPE OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, NUTRITIONALLY COMPLETE, ALLERGEN-SAFE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages from foodborne illness or allergic reactions.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
